Tangshan Kuntie Technolog Made Its Appearance at the World Congress on High-Speed Rail

On the morning of July 8th, the 12th World Congress on High-Speed Rail and the 17th China International Modern Railway Technology and Equipment Exhibition (MODERN RAILWAYS 2025) collaboratively held by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. (CR) and the International Union of Railways (UIC),opened at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. Tangshan Kuntie Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited its self-developed double-head turnout grinding robots, lithium battery rail saw and other innovative products, attracting significant attention from industry experts and domestic.

The exhibition has attracted railway officials, technical experts and enterprise representatives from more than 60 countries and regions. During the exhibition, our company showcased independently developed equipment including the double-head turnout grinding robot,medium-sized intelligent rail grinding vehicle, and lithium battery rail sawing machine, which were highly commended by the attending leaders.

The double-head turnout grinding robot adopts an advanced control system, which can automatically adjust the angle and pressure of the grinding head according to preset parametersto ensure grinding accuracy, featuring handheld control operation for high efficiency and environmental friendliness.

The lithium battery rail sawing machines are more efficient and eco-friendly than the existing toothless saw.  They save time, offer longer runtime, avoid spark splashing, and solve the dust exposure issues faced by on-site personnel during rail cutting. It not only ensures physical health but also avoids the danger of saw blade splashing.

Hydraulic tamping machines are used for tamping operations during railway line maintenance, overhaul, and construction of new railway lines. They enhance the compactness and resilience of the ballast bed,  thereby improving track stability and alignment smoothness, thus extending the service life of rails and wheelsets.

Hydraulic track lifting and lining machines mainly used to adjust the vertical height and horizontal position of the rails,  correct track deformations, and ensure track smoothness and operational safety.

The rails are pushed laterally by the track lining cylinder to adjust the horizontal direction.The hydraulic  or mechanical systems can  instantly output powerful thrust, improving the lifting height and lining displacement per operation, and significantly reduce the blocking construction time.

According to data from the International Union of Railways (UIC),  by 2025, the total global high-speed rail (HSR) operational mileage has exceeded 70,000 kilometers.  Among them, China's high-speed rail network, exceeding 50,000 kilometers, ranks first in the world, accounting for over 71% of the global total.This exhibition focused on the trends of digitalization and green technology, providing a platform for technical exchanges and collaboration within the global railway industry.  It also contributed the "China Solution" to the sustainable development of high-speed railways worldwide.In the future, Tangshan Kuntie Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to be driven by innovation, deepen the research and development of intelligent and green technologies, and remain committed to sustainable development – the Chinese approach.
