The product comes with a 365 day full cycle warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free repair, replacement, and maintenance services for non-human damage. Free maintenance within the warranty scope, completed within 7 working days for simple faults and 15 working days for complex faults, with progress feedback provided during this period. After the repair is completed, it should be returned according to the user's specified method, and the user should check the usage status in a timely manner.
