The company independently developed a series of grinding vehicles. The medium-sized intelligent rail grinding vehicle utilizes an automatic lifting mechanism mounted on a flat car attached to a hoisting transfer vehicle to enable on- and off-track operations. This enables a railway maintenance model featuring automatic profiling, multi-head grinding, and real-time assessment. Unlike large-scale equipment, this vehicle leverages its advantages to quickly enter and exit the operating area, improving operational window time utilization. It can operate over short distances, achieves high grinding precision, and features over 50 grinding modes, enabling automated grinding and environmentally friendly operation. The bidirectional turnout grinding robot can operate both individually and in combination. Once in the grinding area, it monitors the rail profile in real time while in motion. The control system adjusts the position and angle of each grinding head to perform grinding according to the preset rail profile. Combined with a position recognition system, it delivers point-by-point grinding data, significantly improving grinding quality, efficiency, and automation. The four-head railway grinding robot is a small grinding device that integrates lightweight, fast operation and intelligent grinding. It is suitable for mechanized grinding in the "restricted areas" and "skip areas" of high-speed railway switches, solving the bottleneck of grinding operations in switch sections such as curved sections.
