Our Company Has Successfully Secured A Patent for A Railway Maintenance Vehicle Transfer Device

In 2023, our company successfully secured d a patent for a railway maintenance vehicle transfer device, which provided new impetus for the company's development.

The railway maintenance vehicle transfer device comprises a transfer car body and a sprocket drive mechanism mounted on the maintenance vehicle's chassis. The transfer car body is equipped with a transfer platform and a gantry frame.The gantry frame straddles both sides of the transfer platform, on which a lifting drive mechanism is mounted. The lifting drive mechanism is connected to the transfer platform and is designed to drive the front side of the transfer platform, that is, the leading edge along the travel direction of the transfer car body, to raise or lower. On the transfer platform, fixed rails are arranged parallel to the travel direction of the transfer car body. Inside the fixed rails, sliding rails are slidably arranged. A connecting rod is provided between the two sliding rails. A running rail is installed on the connecting rod in parallel with the sliding rail, and the running rail is  equipped with a chain adapted to engage with the drive sprocket in the sprocket drive mechanism. With the help of this device, the transfer process does not require a crane to cooperate with lifting, which reduces the requirements for the site and improves the transfer efficiency.
